What Bass Drop is
Bass Drop is an open-air DJ party, promoted as a first of its kind for Haldwani. The night is built around a live set from DJ Aezy, with a bar, food stalls and an open-air dance floor at a farmstay on the edge of town. It is an evening-into-night event, 6:30 PM onwards, put together by House of Events. If you are after a night out rather than a sit-down dinner, this is the one on in Haldwani on 14 August.

The party is on 14 August 2026, from 6:30 PM onwards, at Ekant The Organic Farmstay in Chakulwah, Haldwani. Ekant is a farmstay on the outskirts rather than in the town centre, so plan the drive out and, since there is a bar, plan the drive back too.

The organiser lists free, ample parking on site, so driving out to Ekant is straightforward. If your group plans to drink, the safer call is still a shared cab both ways rather than driving back late.
Getting there and where to stay
Ekant sits outside central Haldwani, so if you are coming from out of town it is easiest to base yourself in the town and cab out to the farmstay for the night. A few places to start:
